In Reiki 1, we took a look at the basics of energy healing, the history and efficacy of Reiki, meditation and breathwork techniques, how to manage your own energy field and how to perform a Reiki session both on yourself and others. All class material will be provided. Reiki 2 attunement is a pre-requisite to attend “Reiki for Horses”.

LUNCH: A light lunch will be provided. You may bring your own. I will also have water, coffee and tea available.
